Flats in South Tampa

'This unit is small, but it was just me and my dog. There was an odd smell when I arrived, but I opened the windows for an hour and it was resolved. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook simple meals. The unit has a dedicated parking spot, and there's a nice grassy area with a fire pit to enjoy if the weather allows.'

'I stayed at the loft for UofTampa move in. It was perfect for me and my daughter. Very comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean. Less than 10 min drive to campus which was perfect. 3 mins to one of our favs, Armature Works and 15 mins to all the stores we needed. Lisa, the host was so responsive. I couldn’t beliwve how quickly she responded when I had a couple of questions.Easy parking in building lot. '

'Nice unit that has EVERYTHING you would need to live there during your stay. Great location as the pool and entrance are right outside this unit. This complex is close to all the amenities and maybe 15/20 minutes to the beach. Some very good restaurants and some cool bars..with fun atmosphere.this was our first stay at The Avalon Condos and I assure you we will stay there again. '

'My husband and I Love Little Harbor. Everything we like all in one safe, friendly, away from the big tourist areas resort style community. It's still within an hour drive to all the big beaches for the true beach days. But; for a SeaBay beach, Little Harbors is small, clean, great view and right next to the Sunset Grill with music all day and night. Clean pools, great fishing pier, grounds are kept nice and good for walking. Hooks restaurant is also there and serves good food and has great...

'We had a great beach get away. The condo was as described and the location was great. A 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Communication was responsive. My only suggestion is towel racks or hooks. There was no place to hang towels or wet suits except over furniture or doors. We did use the balcony of course. Other than that, a great stay!'
