« Excellent stay , The whole B&B was amazingly decorated throughout, spotless in all areas , room was of a good standard and great for my solo stay , felt safe and welcomed. Lounge area had large tv ( also smaller 1 in rooms ) with tea and coffee . Dining room had a luxurious feel to it , breakfast was amazing , hot and cooked fresh , nothing was any trouble for Tina . Had my own front door key so could come and go when wanted to . Just 5 mins walk from south bay , with great views out to sea ,...

« We had a lovely stay with our granddaughters. Cowslip cottage was ideal for us. The girls loved having their private bathroom. Everything was spotless, beds comfy in fact couldn't have asked for more. The girls loved being with the animals and in the play area - we had to drag them off to go into Scarborough! So peaceful if all you need is a rest. »

« This is a very traditonal hotel in the best sense of that word. The rooms are spacious and we had one with a great view towards Robin Hoods Bay. We had dinner and breakfast and both were very good. »

« Too expensive for what you get. It looks like they have started the refurbishment and have stopped in the middle. The bathroom was old and dingy and could do with some cleaning. The breakfast was poor. The lady at reception didn't explain anything (for instance, how do you get to the spa). There were literally no signs in the whole hotel (no signs to reception, for room numbers, to the lift...). Get by by yourself! The seaviews from the room were excellent. »
