'Mooi hotel, zeer goed ontbijt.'

'Went to check in. Stood in line for 45 minutes because the group in front of me was paying in cash. Evidently, they can’t check in more than one group at a time. Once I checked in, the room air conditioner was blowing extremely cold air. I turned the temperature up a little. The air conditioner unit started blowing water mist, and lots of frost started falling onto the carpet. The mist and frost ended up getting on my business suits because the closet area is just below the AC unit and...

'None of my requests prior to checking in were complete even though the hotel emailed me and aid they were (no extra or pillows in the room). I called down to get them sent up and they never came so I had to call back hours later to get them. The fridge was broken and not cool enough. I called maintenance and they never came. Called back and they came up and said these fridges don’t get cold. No conditioner in bottle. Only good thing was the food and service at the restaurant 247'

'Easy check in, helpful staff, easy parking. Wish there was a gym.'

'Tijdens onze roadtrip in Amerika was dit onze ergste verblijfplaats. De eerste nacht hadden we een kamer gekregen op de gang waar een school verbleef. Heel veel lawaai en om 1 uur snachts ging het brandalarm af als grap van die groep. De tweede nacht was de school weg maar hoorden we de buren al om 6h 's ochtends muziek spelen. Wij hebben zo slecht geslapen, zonde van ons geld. Op de lakens zaten ook vlekken. '

'Prima verblijf, met een simpel ontbijt inbegrepen, maar dit stelde eigenlijk niks voor, zelfs geen brood met een toaster, alleen een droge bagel. Schoon en comfortabel. Locatie buiten het centrum, maar met de auto geen probleem.'

'Everything was great. I did find it disappointing I couldn’t buy a latte at 10am on Tuesday.'
