'Great stay in Tiny Home. The location was excellent, close to the national park, restaurants, and right along the creek, which made for a peaceful setting. The home was very clean, well equipped, and everyone we met was friendly. Only drawback was the sleeping area got very hot, so a fan or second AC would help. There were some invasive bugs in the area, but staff communicated it well. Overall, we’d come back.'

'The grounds of the park were very clean, and the community hub was a great perk! However, the AC in the airstream could not keep up with the heat which meant that we couldn’t spend any of the day inside the space that we paid for. It is unfortunate when the price is not cheap and we had to leave because it got unbearably hot. Also, the hot water heater did not work and there was no water pressure so a shower inside of the airstream was impossible. They do provide community showers which is...

'Unique camping experience near the Great Sand Dunes. Spacious canvas tents with beds. Friendly staff. We loved the community bonfire and s’mores in the evenings. The to-go lunch packs and grill packs were great meal options. They have sand sled rentals. Our family really enjoyed our stay.'

'My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing visit to BV Overlook Lodging and Campground. The tiny houses we rented were clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. We spent the evening around the gas fire pit, enjoying each other’s company and the amazing Mountain views. The campground staff (including Pumpkin, the camp cat) were very friendly and welcoming. Although the camp feels remote, it’s just a few short minutes from places to eat, drink and shop. Great property overall and we can’t wait...

'On a scale of one to 10 we would give this place a 12! It was amazing! Jessica and Jacob were very welcoming. The bed in our tent was luxurious and the water tank was excellent for cooling off on a hot day. We are already planning to come back again and spend at least two or more days. It was too hot to have an outdoor fire, but we would have loved to. Next time for sure!'

'The glamping tent was very cozy and everything necessary for a stay was provided or purchasable through the host. The hosts communicated well and were quick to respond to any questions. My husband and I loved spending time in the hot tub. During our stay there was a couple nights where it rained and we were pleased that the canvas tent did not let any water in, and stayed nice and warm with the heater on. '
