'This condo is truly in a perfect location. We walked just about to everything and it worked very well for us. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The host is professional, responsive and pleasant. The description of the condo is accurate; the only piece of information I would add is that, as with many mountain homes, there is a full flight of steps (somewhat steep) to access the unit, as well as inside (also somewhat steep), between bedrooms and main living floors. Would definitely...

'Nice home with a spacious backyard conveniently located near downtown Durango. Home Had All the basics provided and had ample sleeping, storage and sitting space. Nice front porch deck to relax and enjoy the green scenery. Victoria the owner was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to rent her place again in the future! '

'We had a great stay. We enjoyed the outdoor space. The pond, paddleboat, paddle boards were a great way to relax after a morning hike and a day at Mesa Verde. The indoor space was great, too. It was nothing fancy but everything that we needed. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. There were restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops within a short drive. We would definitely stay here again.'
