'The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. 'Everything rates 5 stars. My only suggestion is that while there was a lock on the outside door to enter the property, there was no lock or keyed entry to the door specific to the apartment we stayed. Meaning every time we left the apartment, we had to l;eave the door unlocked.'

'This was a fantastic property in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Host was super, answered my questions promptly. We were here mostly to just sleep but it was such a nice place and super clean (which I look for) for me it was a central location to Denver/Boulder/Rocky Mtn and Estes Park! Would recommend and would absolutely stay here again! Any and all amenities you can think of they had!! '

'We stayed here for 7 nights and loved both the VRBO apartment and the area. The host was easily accessible when needed and very responsive. The coffee / tea bar was well stocked, usable and included a French press my favorite and several types of tea. The Prospect New Town area has great walkability and is very close to downtown Longmont. One of the must see things is The Cheese Importers and be sure to frequent the local eatteries in the area.'
