'The location is fantastic for csu parents. Easy to walk to campus and old town. I was bummed not to be able to check in early but it all worked out. Rooms are nice and clean except for the windows. I would stay here again.'

'Delayed at check in due to computer issues with the front desk, the front desk staff was greately apologetic and kind, not his fault. Got to room to discover there was nothing in the kitchen for cooking or eating. Nothing at all. The room had a full kitchen but no utensils, flatware, cookware. Received an email after I checked in, not after the initial reservation to state these items were not provided. 'It was great to be on Main Street and the condo was lovely. My only issue was that the “local team” who you text with any questions/issues was completely unresponsive.'

'Would have been nice if lock code worked more than once'

'Rooms were clean and has all the things you would need for a trip. Also, lots of games for the kids to enjoy. However, the property is on the back side of the house with pathway and no lights on the pathway - making it quite a challenge to find in the darkness. Additionally, the property's electrical is make shift - as using the microwave tripped the circuit breaker in the morning affecting the breakfast. Also, reseting it requires messaging the host and they responded slowly to that request.'

'Sara was a wonderful host and an excellent communicator throughout our stay! She was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to Cherry Creek for the arts festival and enjoy the shops, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. The unit was exactly what we were looking for, and we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.'

'Property was very clean and the owner was exceptional with communication. Nice area and not far from town and restaurants.'
