« On the way to Vail from the airport, Jason called us to relay that the boiler in our planned rental went out and had to be replaced. He offered two other locations and we took one near our planned rental. It was a great choice and we were thoroughly pleased. Jason also took care of everything on short notice. The entire family enjoyed our vacation even though the snow did not cooperate. We would definitely use Jason and VRBO again. The townhouse was perfect for our large group. 5 Stars! »

« Selected this location for a bachelor party and the pictures truly do not do it justice. The absolute perfect location to host a group of friends for such an occasion. The entire group was perplexed at just how much space there was and how comfortable all 12 of us were. All areas were very clean and check in process was seamless. Host was very responsive to inquiries and made efforts to make sure they were available if we had any questions. Cannot recommend this property enough »

« 12 hours before our arrival time we receive an email from the Anna that after the 1st night we would have to checkout and change rooms. This was going to be a huge inconvenience to us. We had planned on skiing all day and had purchased groceries as well. We tried to explain this and Anna was unapologetic and did not care the inconvenience would cause us. « Our stay at The Avenue Historic Mansion in downtown Manitou Springs was truly lovely. We had 21 family members and the home easily accommodated all of us.
