'No beach to walk or ocean to swim in. The staff tells you everything you want hear and then they don’t do anything thing they said they would do. Paid for “VIP” and definitely was not shown that. Also!! The Big one they told me on 2 different days that we did not pay. I had to argue with them for about an hour even with proof. 'Terrific stay. The staff is numerous and welcoming, ready to help you with anything you need. Just decline the timeshare presentation offer and not your stay. Excellent food, perfect facilities....we couldn't even hear the construction next door. Will stay here next year. '
