'Teveel bruiloften, laat in de nacht harde muziek en kabaal van mensen dior bruiloften. Min twee bruiloften per dag. Was niet fijn. Hadden wat beter verwacht van dit hotel.'

Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying. Great and professional staff (especially bartender Daniella killed it for us!!), great dining options, great food en drinks quality, large and modern rooms, and above all very luxurious.
