'WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy.'

'Al Ritmo is a budget all inclusive. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the location is ideal as you can walk to the ferry and many of the boat tours pick up locations like Cancun Sailing, whale shark cancun etc.'

We visited with a large group, and for the most part, the resort did a great job accommodating our dinner reservations, which we truly appreciated. However, the service was inconsistent. While some staff members were pleasant, others were not particularly friendly or helpful. 'Nautibeach is in een woord geweldig. Wij hadden een appartement op de begane grond. De inrichting was wat verouderd, maar de rest maakte dat meer dan goed. Geweldig zwembad en strand voor de deur. Evenals een goed restaurant. Verder alles op loopafstand.'

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'
