Woonboten in Plum Island

'Just finished a two night stay at this wonderful Inn. Beds were very comfortable, loved the seating area in the room with the fireplace and robes were so soft! We ate dinner at The Grove which is the onsite restaurant which was delicious. Would highly recommend this place-close to Newburyport, Rockport, and Gloucester!'

'The room was not what we booked. Spoke to someone who advised they needed screenshots of my confirmation to prove what I booked, never heard back, except to have my requested emails bounce back 24 hours later. The sink didn’t drain, the carpet was not so clean, there were no cups provided to use the Keurig machine & no cups available by housekeepers. All in all, not the best place I’ve ever stayed at.'

'There are no accommodations more convenient than the Essex Street Inn if you’re looking for quick, easy access to all Newburyport has to offer! On top of that, the Inn is impeccably clean, our room was very comfortable and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!!'

'Liked it all,but the unique thing was the shower stall design.By far the best ever encountered by me.'

'kamer stonk naar leek wel zweetvoeten en het behang kwam van de muur. De toiletpot zat los zodat je erg voorzichtig moest doen. Bij het ontbijt werd pas op het eind de jus de orange bijgevuld nadat heel veel mensen hadden misgegrepen. Ik ga graag naar een Best Western hotel maar dit was gewoon slecht en ik was blij dat we maar 1 nacht hier waren'

'The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is gorgeous. The rooms are well appointed. The bathroom was fairly small and lacked counter space, but that would not be a reason to not come back to this fabulous hotel!!!! Ps. the bed is super comfortable.'

'This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay, with the house tastefully and sympathetically decorated throughout. Sorry, stealing some decorating ideas. The rooms are lovely and well equipped with everything you could need, including tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and, If I remember correctly, even a microwave. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom very modern with an excellent shower. The location is perfect with ample parking. It’s just a short walk from the main harbour,...

'Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was as expected with an amazing view. Highly recommend and would love to come back!'
