Lodges in Plum Island

'We loved our stay at the Briar Barn Inn. It was a perfect stay for us and the out of town guests for our son's wedding at the Grove. The rooms were modern, spacious, clean and elegant . I loved all the gas fireplaces and beautifully decorated sitting rooms throughout the Inn. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. A simple , but delicious continental breakfast was perfect!'

'kamer stonk naar leek wel zweetvoeten en het behang kwam van de muur. De toiletpot zat los zodat je erg voorzichtig moest doen. Bij het ontbijt werd pas op het eind de jus de orange bijgevuld nadat heel veel mensen hadden misgegrepen. Ik ga graag naar een Best Western hotel maar dit was gewoon slecht en ik was blij dat we maar 1 nacht hier waren'

'Never saw any staff so can't answer that. My only complaint about the room is that the bed is WAY too high. It was difficult for me to get on it. Honestly... if I'd known the bed was that high I might not have taken the room. I can't understand why motels have beds like that. Do they not consider that all people are not tall enough for them?'

'The room was incredibly clean and very beautifully decorated. Lots of space and plenty of room to stay there for a few days. Easy room access by a code and the personnel was also very helpful and kind!'

'Looks nice on the outside but old on the inside. You can not make use of the gym. We were not told at checkin so we were there in vain. This is to outdated and to expensive. '

'Incredibly friendly and responsive staff. The room was clean and well provisioned and there were plenty of small touches (like a refillable water station with jugs provided) that I really appreciated! I ended up extending my stay.'
