'We were in 2 times 2023 (21 days) and 2024 (19 days). It's a building that was ready 2022 and you can already see that it's not well maintained and cleaned. Cleaning is not done properly. At first it looks clean but it isnt. They clean, however it's done to quick and with dirty mopping gear. A lack off Maintenance, toilet doors at the rooftop can't be closed anymore. 'The property is absolutely beautiful. Everything is so clean and well taken care of. Everyone is so friendly and hardworking. The daily activities for adults and kids was awesome! The rooms and housekeeping did such a good job at having our room cleaned everyday. Everything was spacious and felt massive.
