'Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.'

'One of the best all inclusives we have been to. It’s really well thought out and laid out. The property itself is phenomenal and so are the rooms. The whole energy and vibe on the property is A+. After 7 days I have to say the food is being way oversold and same with the food service. The food for the most part is average or below average. All most everything we had at the restaurants was either way overcooked or tasted like it was reheated and had been sitting out for a long time. The pool...

'Absolutely loved this property! The location is top notch, it’s super close to literally EVERYTHING you need! Also the room has a fridge, a microwave, and I think a coffee maker? (I don’t drink coffee but I think I remember seeing one) Staff was also extremely nice and accommodating, shout to Ana at the front desk! As a solo woman traveler, this property made me feel extremely safe, especially since all the staff were women! This will probably be my go to spot when I’m in PDC! I WILL BE BACK...

'There was a beautiful view from the rooftop and the 2 pools were fantastic, they were available 24 hours, we spent the time there after getting back from the beach, just laying on the sun loungers. We will come back!'

'We really liked the surrounding area, not in the busy Centre of Playa del Carmen but in a quite and very safe part. Everything we wanted to see or visit was within walking distance. The room was average and smelled a bit musky.'
