'The room was small but convenient, with efficient AC. Hosts are often nearby and very responsive via Whatsapp. Balcony is a must! The beach, lots of restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. The only downside would be the noises of the minifridge and of regular life in the neighbourhood, but it's still much more quiet than near Quinta Avenida.
