'Overall really liked the property! Great staff, kind, courteous, amenable to needs of guest! Like the convenience of pool & gym & free garage parking on property and that you can park on the level that your room is on. Beds were comfortable although lower to the floor. Room & bathrooms were clean! Only down side but not under property's control is people walking down the street at 2-3:00 am being loud, screaming or laughing that startled me awake several times. Maybe not so bad on higher floors....

If you plan on going to Dover Motor Speedway, this is a great place to stay, less than a half hour away.
If you want to go to the beach, Slaughter Beach is only 15 minutes away.
If going to Dover again I would definitely stay here agian.'
'The man at the front desk was firm yet nice. Made me feel safe. I was in an upstairs unit with a well lit stairway. The bed was too firm for my liking and the metal frame was not my favorite. But for price and location it was more tan adequate. '
