'The staff here is AMAZING! I will start with that. But I have stayed in nicer/cleaner hotels. Not the hotels fault but our room always smelled like weed because I guess people around us were smoking. The rooms were also a little outdated and the furniture was a bit tore up. But great location! Just not sure I would stay here again for the value or recommend to friends/family'

'The room was spacious, staff was nice and plenty of parking. For the price, it was perfect! There was no breakfast at location, had to walk over to the next property for coffee. Limited breakfast choices'

'This is a place that your going to get what you pay for, the rooms are ok and the building is showing some wear. Staff is friendly and accommodating. breakfast is basic but is free so it works. Pool is nice. This was a last minute rental while meeting friends in the area to show them Rehobeth beach that they had not seen before, and my wife volunteered me to pay. All in all it was better than OK. Hotel is in the heart of the shopping area which was taken advantage of.'

'Stay was good. Room was clean. AC was loud, Outside stairwell (one near the blvd) needed cleaned as someone must have had an accident on the stairs. Check in was all done over email, so I did not have any in person interaction with any employees. Location was great.'
