'We stayed two wonderful nights. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The room we had was equipped with a fridge and a small induction stove, and it was stocked with kitchen essentials. 'Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. I was on the 2nd floor oceanfront on the deck. I wish I would have been up one floor, as I couldn't leave my door open because the deck was shared by everyone. Positives were the Coconut Club was right there on the deck also. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to book here. That was my only negative. I would highly recommend staying here.'

'Beware the eight floor is an event/wedding venue. There was extremely loud music and bass playing well past ten o’clock at night. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. When I called to ask when the wedding would be over the front desk said they didn’t know but that at least they had already seen some guests leave. That certainly didn’t help with the noise. I asked for the manager, Izzy, to call me the next day. He never did. Go somewhere else where you will be able to get sleep!'

'Beach View is an older property, however the rooms and bathrooms have been updated with upscale fixtures and plush linens. The big plus is that the hotel is 1/2 block to the beach and only a short walk to Rehoboth Avenue (the main street that bisects the town and ends at the beach) and the boardwalk. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance, even a couple next door to the hotel. The hotel lobby has a couple of nice seating areas, as well as tables for breakfast. A nice touch...

'The appeared to be a little rough around the collar, not as professional as most places. However, the stay itself was good. The rooms are nice, as are the amenities such as sitting room with fireplace. The breakfast in the morning was quite terrible some items being overcooked others items being cold.
The wine and cheese from 5 to 6 was a very nice gesture, I enjoyed that. Also loved having the wonderful fireplace on the rainy night.'

'Very nice property, right off the beach. Very clean and nice size clean rooms and balconies, but some of the trash can were overflowing by the elevators and bottom floor (walk out area to the garage) smelled like wet dog. Don't know if was because of the horrible weather, but noticed a lot less boardwalk traffic (which I loved) than down on 6, 7, and 8th which was jammed packed. Parking for the hotel not the best, but they do have an overflow across the street.'

'This has to be one of the best hotels to stay on the boardwalk because of the way it's positioned. It is positioned at an angle to the boardwalk so with balconies you get a wider view of the beach and the boardwalk. We've stayed here multiple times and this is absolutely our favorite hotel down in Ocean City. Everybody's always wonderful and the rooms are clean. I love that the rooms have actual windows and a door instead of a sliding door.'
