Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We only stayed for one night on a Sunday. Check-in was quick, we were able to park right beside the front door (parallel parking is along the front in addition to a covered garage), my phone questions were answered, the dining area and my hotel room were clean. Breakfast consisted of options such as: waffles (large and the minis using the waffles makers; there were different syrup flavors like mint, caramel, etc.), chicken sausage, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and the standard juices. If you miss breakfast or do not/cannot eat what is offered, Uber bagels not far, and McDonald’s is right behind the hotel. If you have a sweet tooth, this hotel is in between a candy store and an ice cream shop. Overall, it was a good stay with a short walk to the beach and restaurants.
There were fireworks that night; I wasn’t expecting them. The “boom” took me by surprise, but they didn’t last long. I think Ocean City does fireworks displays.
My only issue was when I walked near the A/C unit by the window, I noticed the floor was damp. It was leaking into the carpet; sounds like a recipe for mold. My husband informed an employee, so I hope that gets fixed for the next customers.
Also, I recommend that Expedia change the number listed on their site. It doesn’t match the one I used to call the hotel; I had to Google the correct number.
