'Excellent overall stay, clean and well maintained with a very friendly staff. I appreciated that they not only had dog welcome bags , but cat welcome bags too. My only suggestion would is that while it’s pet friendly, that mostly means big dogs and the bed base has a gap next to the wall that small animals definitely can and will go in. This could easily be fixed by sealing it up, as once they go in there’s no way to get them out.'

'The appeared to be a little rough around the collar, not as professional as most places. However, the stay itself was good. The rooms are nice, as are the amenities such as sitting room with fireplace. The breakfast in the morning was quite terrible some items being overcooked others items being cold. The wine and cheese from 5 to 6 was a very nice gesture, I enjoyed that. Also loved having the wonderful fireplace on the rainy night.'

'It was our second stay at this hotel with the family. The location is excellent, with a beautiful ocean view, and the room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, the room was clean, although there were a few flies that had likely gotten in at some point. The main issue during our stay was the extremely poor sound insulation and the noise from the neighbors above us. On the first night, there was prolonged loud noise coming from their room that was clearly audible...

The walls had stains the coffee maker the refrigerator look like it hasn’t been used in years. The dust on it was crazy. It was surprising for where this lodge was for it to be in poor shape. they offer breakfast but not really basically it’s toast and coffee The only good thing is there is a Cracker Barrel, literally in the same parking lot.'
