« This beautiful and spacious apartment was a perfect place to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday. It is right on the boardwalk and just a few steps to the ocean. We loved that we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants and then come back to relax and hang out all together. The host is kind to offer starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo etc. The only thing I wish we had was a bigger dresser or closet in the bedrooms to put our clothes but nothing beats...

« We stayed at this property for 3 nights in May. It is a very modern beautiful home. It had bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The home had a pool and though we didn't ask for it to be heated, we still were able to put our feet in it. The neighborhood was very nice, but it was a long walk to beach and Rehoboth Avenue. If opportunity comes again we woud stay at this house. »

« This house was the perfect affordable option for a coaching staff taking a team to the DE sport complex. Way more affordable than the hotels in the area and definitely cleaner. Beautiful field view in the back yard that reminded us of home. Will definitely go back! »

« Great efficiency apartment in a six-unit building. It is steps from the beach, boardwalk and town center. Four steps up from the ground level to enter the property. The murphy bed is comfortable! Cute kitchenette, we didn't use it because we were surrounded by restaurants. »

« Very clean unit that equipped with everything needed for great, relaxing vacation. Beautiful boardwalk just right at the door to the building. A lot of great restaurants and coffee shops close by. Excellent communication with property manager with immediate response. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and looking forward to come back. »

« We never received check in instructions even though I reached out to the owner the day before checking in and while I was on my way to the property. So we ended up having to buy a hotel room last minute which cost an arm and a leg. She ended up sending me the check in information at night around 9:30 after we already got a hotel room. And now I cant get a refund because the cancellation doesn't fall in the time window. I cant tell you how the room was because I was never able to even get in. »
