Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We loved our room. It was quiet and we were not disturbed by any noise from the hallway, even though we were also right next to the elevator. The AC and heat worked well. Our WiFi connections were good. The bed gave us restful sleep each night we were there. The only disappointments were that our microrefrigerator didn't have a freezer for keep our cooler freezer bags frozen and the coffee maker was carafe style, not Keurig, so we had to preclean it to make tea. The beverage table in the lobby only served coffee, too. There was no hot water option. Luggage carts were numerous. We had no problem getting one from the cart parking corral in the under-building parking lot upon arrival and in time for departure. The room was clean and well supplied with clean linens, as well as extra sleets, blankets, and pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful. At the end of our visit I asked about September 2026 reservations. It was easy to find out about availability, rooms, and prices. Before we checked out made reservations for a week in the same room in September. We're looking forward to returning and having the same great service and experience.
