'This is our 2nd visit to the Powhatan Resort and everything is as beautiful as we remembered. The condo is just lovely... spacious, clean and well stocked with the things a large family would need for a 5 day stay. The amenities are great... just loved that indoor pool and the 24- hour gym. Last, but certainly not least, the grounds are simply beautiful. They've got numerous playgrounds, bbq areas and benches to rest after a nice walk. 'You didn't accept Expedia room rate at Check In. Why?'

'Really enjoyed our stay here. During check-in there is a proposal to attend a timeshare presentation that is not mandatory, you will get $150.- cash when you attend. Since we are from the Netherlands we could not attend. The room was clean and the dual airconditionings were very quiet and easy to adjust. Also a washing and dring machine in the apartment is great to have. Staff was friendly, the pools were quite small, I would definitely stay again. '
