« My Husband and 15yo daughter drove up from San Diego to LA to see a concert at the Belasco Theater which was literally a 5min walk from this condo. This is a gentrified neighborhood, so sketchy but safe yeah? »

Host super on communication and accomodating with all of our questions, requests.Quiet neighborhood, easy access by uber and great parking - next time we'll rent one as the garage is secure and door opens directly into townhouse entrance. Stairs to enter and stairs to 2nd level bedrooms but not an issue for my group. We'll definitely stay again. »
