'Melrose Mansion is a great place to stay in, if you are visiting New Orleans. The rooms are very nice and spacious and have a great look & feel. Our room was very clean, which is quite important to us. Across the street is a bar, which sometimes had some loud guests, which is the only downside we can think of. The breakfast is sufficient and the staff is very kind & helpful. The pool is a nice addition to the overall stay. Highly recommended!'

'We stayed from may 7 2024 to may 10. Our stay was excellent, the room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing, AC worked perfectly which was one of our concerns from reading other review. The hotel is walking distance from a lot of things, Bourbon St. around 7-10 min walk, Harrahs casino 5min walk, The river around 10-12 minutes.
