« We wanted something close to UC Berkeley for dropping off a freshman grandson. Everyone wanted to come so this place had plenty of space for all of us. It was clean and comfortable. It’s located on a nice enough street that felt safe. Easy drive to the college We’d come back. »

« This is a nice home situated in the hills of Berkeley. The layout is decent, with 2 bedrooms in the main area and 1 bedroom detached underneath. It was easy for our extended family to stay with 5 adults and 2 children. Only one shower / bath, which is a downside for a larger group. Just a five minute drive to trailheads for a network of very nice trails in the nearby regional park and a five minute drive in the other direction to restaurants and grocery store. »

« Easy to check in and check out. The bar area was adorable and really made it feel like vacation. Great backyard that’s shared with the renters upstairs. We actually ended up making friends with the visitors upstairs and hanging with them for a bit. Great part of oakland that’s quiet but close to a lot of fun spots if you want to explore. Super clean. Easy street parking. Communication with owner was great as well. Definitely recommend. »
