We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Arden, the host was extremely helpful when needed. The hot tub was a plus with everything working. It is an older home with some wear, but perfectly fine to rent. I would definitely stay there again.

Easy check in, helpful host. Did not get to use the hot tub, as it was only accessible through another one of the property’s gates, and I felt a little uncomfortable walking into someone else’s space! There was still a lovely yard behind our place though, so it was no biggie.

Arden-Thank you SO much for our divine stay! We loved every single thing about it! Our home was absolutely spotless, so comfortable, and so well appointed! The beautiful kimono in the master bedroom is breathtaking! We loved our stay and plan on coming back

Such an awesome stay! Arden was so sweet and left a kind note wishing me a happy birthday. The hot tub was a little hard to find at first but loved how secluded it was once we did find it, it was perfect!

Great location and comfortable spot for two people and outdoor spaces are very nice; check-in and check-out were easy and the host was very responsive when needed. I do feel the listing is misleading, as you will not find out until your check-in email (or thoroughly reading reviews first) that the hot tub is shared with two other vacation rentals. Additionally, it is also located on the grounds of one cottage, so there is some awkwardness in traipsing through someone else's space, especially at night. There is no reservation system for using the hot tub, so if the other cottages are occupied, prepare for a series of negotiations with strangers who may or may not be easy to coordinate with. We also wanted to use the hot tub on the morning of our check out and it was blocked off due to cleaning; another reason that a reservation system would be helpful.

The hot tub was great with the exception of the racoons trying to crawl over the fencing. Kitchen area was well stocked with the essentials, clean and functional. Our host was very helpful in all areas of our stay. Overall a comfortable weekend.

Check in was fast, everything but the floor was spotless, the beds were so so soft and perfect, I wish I had one myself. My only concern was that the listing said it was two bedrooms, which is a bit inaccurate. The twin bed is actually on the back porch so it isn't private or very safe with the back door right there, especially since some of that door in particular needs some handiwork or an extra lock. Overall this is a beautiful well-kept house in a beautiful neighborhood.

Great location, 10 min to Emeryville fishing landing. Also about 30 minutes to San Francisco. Overall everything worked well. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Recommend larger frying pan as the medium pan is badly scorched.
