'We had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Peabody. The staff were exceptional and very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Our room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable with wonderful quality cotton sheets and super soft pillows, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making for a great night’s sleep. 'We didn't get the room we booked. It was not available. Oscar at the FD did the best he could to give us another room. The room had a tub which made it difficult for my husband to shower but we made it work. Would have appreciated a call beforehand though so I could search for another hotel. Now everything was fully booked.'
