'Great location that is walkable to many of the museums. The barn door on the bathroom in our room was an issue as soon as we checked in. I tested the door and it was off balance and not sliding open easily for me, let alone my kids. I called down to the front desk and they said they would let maintenance know. We left to go to dinner and when we came back, nothing had been fixed. The next morning the door was still an issue since it hadn't been fixed so I called down the front desk again and...

'Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel. L'endroit est idéal pour les familles, nous avons appréciés le billard, la possibilité d'acheter de quoi déjeuner et surtout la possibilité de manger dans l'espace du rez-de-chaussée. Le personnel est très aimable. Nous voyageons souvent dans les chaines de ce groupe et nous apprécions particulièrement. Nous recommandons cet hôtel. Si vous allez voir des matchs de basket, il y a une ligne de bus qui revient directement au bout de la rue. Idéal!'

'The staff was very helpful and accommodating, we arrived early and a room was available. Our room was very clean, a nice walk in rain shower with a bench. They have a nice restaurant the Hoyt that has good breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The location is optimal since so many things are within walking distance or a short cab ride usually $12-15 bucks. We loved Chicago and the Royal Sonesta and will definitely stay here again.'
