'They have a cockroach infestation problem!!! it won’t go away with just bug spray. There is also a drain fly infestation. It’s disgusting. and I want at least half of my money back.'

'I paid for balcony room, to be able to sit outside and enjoy a nice sunset and sunrise, however the property is under construction and there were no access to the balcony’s and at 9 they started drilling. Un able to sleep.'
