'Great accommodation in a calm but vibrant neighborhood. So many cafes, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, two metro stations within walking distance as well; the staff was kind and attentive; the room was fully functional; the bed was too soft, and not comfortable for me (but it was okay just for a couple of days); overall, a good deal just outside the touristy chaos. Recommend!'

'Negative remark about the hotel is that the check-in time too late, 15:00 Rooms were clean towels were changed daily A second negative remark is: On our return we ordered a taxi to the airport and the staff gave us a fare but next day the taxi came the driver gave us a higher fare and claimed that the list hotel had was old and the taxi levels were much higher now, this is not acceptable'

'Goed gelegen aparthotel op tiental minuutjes lopen van de Gare du Nord en 5 van de Gare de l' Est. Nette en gerieflijke kamer, al mocht de badruimte wat groter zijn. Noodzakelijk keukengerei is aanwezig, ook een koffiezetapparaat, zelfs een strijkijzer en -plank. Enorm vriendelijk onthaal en zeer behulpzaam personeel ook voor activiteiten buiten het hotel.'

'Fijn hotel. Nette kamers, vriendelijk personeel. Metro station 5 minuten lopen. Koffie en thee gratis in het hotel. Zwembad was helaas buiten gebruik maar dit is gecompenseerd.'

'Check-in took more than 20mins. Not very friendly nor customer servicer oriented staff. They finally gave me a key card. I went to the room, opened the door and the room was dirty and not cleaned. Had to go back downstairs to the reception to ask for a new room. That took another 20mins! In the 2nd room, the bed was made but the pillows did not have any pillow cases. Again, I had to go back to the reception. There I asked for them to bring me 2 pillow cases. After dinner outside the ‘hotel’,...
