'Need to talk to VRBO. Message on check in went out 1pm,3 messages in fact. Managed to print 1 and we set off. Instructions were wrong, taljed to office, went to apartment and after opening door, gound it occupied. Tried to call owner / manager, ZERO response. Called VRBO and eventually takjed toa person. They conracted us with manager, they had switched our rental to another building. Eventually got there, place was TINY, nothing like it was shown. Only window was to a dog walk so could not open...

'This location is amazing. It had so many amenities on site and near by. We played in the game room, we grilled, we swam. The beds were absolutely comfortable. Excellent stay!! Excellent price. Thank you so much for having us!!'

'The place was clean with kitchen, tv and two rooms. Location was super convenient (no need for driving to grocery store and restaurants). Amenities were good as well with pool and hot tub. We stayed two nights for deep sea fishing trip and it worked out very well location-wise for that purpose as well. 'Sat outside the apartment complex for 2 hrs with my luggage trying to get in. Owner gave me a faulty remote and then kept telling me to just “point it at the gate” (no kidding) to get it to open, after 2 hrs of this I left and had to book a hotel. Apartment is also being rented without the complexes knowledge, and as a result couldn’t access it through the office. Filed a claim w VRBO and hosts still refused a refund. '
