« The room was good for a solo traveler. The room had a funny smell for the first day or two, the windown would not open to air it out, but I had to run the dishwasher and leave it open to air dry and that seemed to help with the smell. The unit also had fruit flys and I could not figure out where they were coming from. There was also a hair in the cotton swabs, I brought my own so I wasn't to stressed. « Nice building and good base. Disappointed by exact location which indicated 4-5 minute walk to beach. Reality was 30-40 minute walk. As with other comments made the furniture is sparse and bed mattress needs replacing. Easy and good instructions for checking in and out. Neighbor offers a lot of choices for food. All in all I booked this because of the closeness to the beach and would have gotten a hotel if I knew it was that far away. »

« This property was perfect for my needs. In the Marina area, close to shops and restaurants. Also close to the Marina Freeway which made it so easy to go into LA. Pool was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again. »

« Sat outside the apartment complex for 2 hrs with my luggage trying to get in. Owner gave me a faulty remote and then kept telling me to just “point it at the gate” (no kidding) to get it to open, after 2 hrs of this I left and had to book a hotel. Apartment is also being rented without the complexes knowledge, and as a result couldn’t access it through the office. Filed a claim w VRBO and hosts still refused a refund. »
