'I liked the hotel, the pools, the coffee. Improvement areas: The hotel is next to a Bush road, we heard the traffic. I could appreciate if more healthy breakfast options were available.'

'I am very disappointed with my recent stay. We arrived to find our room was not ready at the promised time, which was already an inconvenience. Once we were finally able to check in, the condition of the room was unacceptable: the air conditioning was non-functional, the sliding door lock was misaligned and did not secure properly, and the bathroom was poorly cleaned with visible mold. To add to the frustration, the level of service was lacking; when we checked in, the front desk was actively...

'Clean room, friendly staff, Bath tub was clogged up and water pressure of bathroom shower was far too strong (both cons are room specific, but still needs to be noted). Breakfast was great, but on the second day could not find a seat because staff did not clear tables quick enough. Overall decent stay.'

'Large room with seating area and fireplace! The grounds were so clean and the area was peaceful and relaxing. Loved the $40 per day breakfast credit. The food quality was wonderful! Loved enjoying the fire pit with the glass of wine and they also give you a welcome drink when you check in. The Staff were all very nice and accommodating. Great place! Very pleased with our selection!'
