'Het hotel ziet er beter uit op de foto's dan in het echt. Het hotel werd verbouwd tijdens ons verblijf waardoor we voor het ontbijt naar het naastgelegen hotel moesten lopen. Het zwembad was vrij klein en werd in de loop van de week steeds viezer. De schoonmaak in het hotel was wisselend en viel wat tegen. De ligging van het hotel is prima om zowel San Francisco en Napa te bezoeken maar de directe omgeving is vrij saai.'

'Stay in oct-nov 2023. Hotel room is nice, new and modern. Kitchen fully equiped with induction. Cleaning service was not so well, they didn't do well vacuum cleaning on the floor. Laundry system: couldn't use the laundry because it needed an american creditcard to pay through app only. No other option. As a hotel you know, you receive international guest, so this is really bad. I was referred to a laundry store on a 10 min drive away! The management would call me the next day to discuss this...

'All very good indeed. Photos and hotel descriptions are accurate. A few things concerning the breakfast. Overall the quality of the presented food is ok. I would recommend a good coffee machine with the option of a cappuccino. There are great Franke machines that do a magnificent job. However the first days we had proper porcelain plates and cups, steel cutlery, and normal glasses. The last 3 days that was converted to disposable paper plates, cups and plastic cutlery. 'This was a lovely stay in a darling town. The room was super clean and cozy. We felt very safe and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is making sure you call the hotel if you have any special request at all, and to make sure you have check in instructions . Do not just message through an app. It is a contactless hotel, so it felt more like an air BNB than a hotel in regard to communication. There is no front desk,etc. It is an excellent place to stay! '
