Safaritenten in Long Island

'Modern property that is new and very clean. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Excellent breakfast, especially the fresh waffles. Walking distance to subway so we were in Times Square in about 40 mins. Elevators were rhe only challenge as one was in and out of service, causing long waits. Otherwise once that's fixed up, I would definitely recommend.'

'Property was just OK. The entry into the casino was absolutely dirty and filthy. The room was kind of old a little musty expected a little more the staff was just OK not overly polite and not overly friendly One particular person at valet was absolutely rude as was the worker female at the coffee shop. She was absolutely not friendly at all. Felt like she didn’t even wanna be there. Not sure I would use this place again'

'Since it was just a one night stay with my family we really loved the idea that they placed us in the first floor. The only mishap would be the door going to the gym and the back entrance that it opens simultaneously cause of the cold air coming in and out as well as the rain. But other than that it was a good and restful weekend.'

'Mooi hotel voor de reiziger die het niet erg vindt om wat langer te reizen naar de interessante plekken. Op 5 minuten lopen is er al een metrostation, en op minder dan 10 minuten het beginpunt van 4 lijnen naar Manhattan. Terwijl niet veel verder het strand en het pretpark van Coney Island te vinden is. Een hotel zonder veel poespas, maar perfect voor degenen die een hotel zien om vooral te slapen.'

'Higher and greater standards'

'The room was very nice size and the beds were comfortable, perfect for our family of 4. The pool was warm and kids had fun. The conference rooms were very messy for the end of the day, but it was a busy weekend so probably the staff couldn’t keep up. As well there was no common space we could share a pizza with our small company of friends, so we had to use our friend’s room. The elevators were surprisingly slow and we chose to just use stairs most of the time.'

'Econolodge is a budget hotel (in spite of the 150 pn) and the rooms were clean, sufficient towels. The householdstaff was friendly, the bathroom clean. There was a microwave and a fridge. We were very satisfied in spite of the noise of the ac which we switched off. At a ten minutes walk there is a good Stop n Shop'
