'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

'Wonderful stay, amazing place and the ocean is right outside the door. The property management was communicated very well. '

'The views of the ocean and city were amazing. It was nice to have a kitchen and refrigerator to save money and not eat out all the time. Parking was free, which was also a bonus. The only negative is that it isn't a hotel, it's privately owned. There were no instructions on what to do with trash or what was expected for check out. Anytime you ask the front clerk they were nice but couldn't help. Their response was always, "contact the owner" but since we booked through Orbitz, we didn't have...

'The beach-front room was a huge plus. The rooms were clean but could use some TLC on the finishing items and updates to make it feel much cozier. Check in was super quick and smooth. Hut tub is by reservation only. Overall it was a great bang for our buck and we would stay here again. '

'The condo was dated but had a great view. There was only the very basics in the room. No beach accessories such as chairs, towels, umbrellas. We even had to ask for more toilet paper at the office. The person/people upstairs made noise all night long every night. We did enjoy our stay but for the money would have expected more. '
