'The room was clean & the beds were comfortable! We enjoyed our breakfast and a little afternoon dip in the pool on the 11th floor! The staff was super helpful and provided us with great service!! They make sure that if you have a problem or a question to go out of their ways to help you!'

'Good location, good staff'

'Hele goede service! Het personeel geeft je het gevoel dat je de enige gast van het hotel belt.'

'The entire staff is exceptional, helpful and gracious. A big shout out to Phem ( who is everywhere), Tino (her hubamd and awesome bartender), and Lemon ( who is breakfast host and front desk) as they went above and beyond. The daily breakfast had many delicious dishes, fresh fruit and veggies and changed daily. Rooms are very clean and hotel has a great location.'

'Great hotel located in the Old Quarter. Hotel is easy reachable as it is in the city center, there is a lot to visit around. Very helpful staff, always ready to help if it is needed. Breakfast was included, not like other hotels so it was nice. I would really recommend if you are coming to Hanoi.'

'Minerva Premium Hotel has the friendliest staff. The hotel team will do everything to make your stay perfect. Great location in the middle of the old quarter. Very tasty breakfast. Comfortable clean and modern room. Visit the spa for a relax afternoon. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you team. '

'Great accomodation, well located, clean with nice design. Great value !'

'Wow this was just a great stay. The welcoming was nice and I had a comfortable /clean room. The staff helped me with so much. I had a night Train and they offered me a room for free to stay until I had to leave. I can recommend it to everybody! '

'The hotel is in convenient location in Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is clean and well maintained But what strikes most is the amazing staff. Very helpful and attended to our needs. Shout out to Anna and Nancy who assisted us the most. Trang in the restaurant who accommodated us before breakfast time as we had early activities . Trang introduced to us Vietnamese dishes to try. Overall we had a great stay and will be coming back again. I highly recommend recommending Scent Premium Hotel.'

'We had some room charges for food and spa. We signed the receipt which included taxes and service fees for each right after them. When we checked out, these were included in our room charges, and then taxes and fees were added again. Tax on taxes? Service fees on service fees? I insisted they be removed and they did so reluctantly. I wonder how many others noticed this ?'

'Room was great and location even better, staff was very friendly. I would give it a 5 star review but we stayed there for NYE and celebrated at the hotel and we thought the event wasn't arranged well at all and done chaotically. '

'Service of the staf simply fantastic.'

'Room was clean, staff was very helpful and kind. Hotel Located on a quiet street, unfortunately there was construction down the street. Close to the lake which made it very convenient.'

'Geweldig hotel niet alleen vanwege de fijne locatie en kamers maar vooral ook vanwege het vriendelijke en hulpvaardige personeel. Wij voelden ons iedere keer welkom als we binnen kwamen. Vanuit dit hotel was het makkelijk om binnen enkele minuten in het bruisende stadsleven van Hanoi Old Town te staan. Ik kom hier zeker weer terug.'
