'Friendly staff and area very good'

'Hele goede service! Het personeel geeft je het gevoel dat je de enige gast van het hotel belt.'

'Great hotel located in the Old Quarter. Hotel is easy reachable as it is in the city center, there is a lot to visit around. Very helpful staff, always ready to help if it is needed. Breakfast was included, not like other hotels so it was nice. I would really recommend if you are coming to Hanoi.'

'Great accomodation, well located, clean with nice design. Great value !'

'Minerva Premium Hotel has the friendliest staff. The hotel team will do everything to make your stay perfect. Great location in the middle of the old quarter. Very tasty breakfast. Comfortable clean and modern room. Visit the spa for a relax afternoon. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you team. '

'Bien situé Très bon rapport qualité prix'

'Service of the staf simply fantastic.'

'We verbleven in de kingssuite. Geweldig personeel en de suite was top onderhouden. Niks aan te merken op ons verblijf.'

'It was a nice stay, people in reception were extremely helpful and friendly. We exchanged money there for a fair price. Room was clean with all amenities and free water. It was big enough for us, 1 night stay and before booking you see the size. We booked 3 hours in advance because of plan changes and everything was ready when we arrived. Price was very good. Location is awesome, next to all restaurants, market and lake!!! In the morning there was noise from the street, not extreme, and we had...

'We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. The location was convenient, and everything made for an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.'

'Toplocatie! Gezellige rooftbar met zwembad en happy hour. Zeer vriendelijke hulpvaardige medewerkers.

'This is my second time at the Jade boutique hotel and it doesn’t disappoint. Place is so nice and almost new. Breakfast is great. I will stay here every time i have a chance to visit hanoi.'
