'Clean and simple room. Altho named B&B but no breakfast. Two things that stood out were the good location and pricing, as well as how safe i felt through the locked gates! But one thing to note… perhaps highlight it more obvious that there are 2 flights of stairs to climb. It was tough carrying a 25kg luggage up a very small stairs too.'

'First off, this is a favela, and it’s amazing. The views are unreal, the space is comfortable, and it’s easy to just stay here all day and not want to leave. That said, it *is* still a favela, so come prepared. If you have multiple bags, use Google Translate to arrange a motorbike or van to get up the hill.
