'Clean big room with a great breakfast.'

'Outdated hotel. Jacuzzi was not functioning properly, even though the lady at the front desk told me it was, and we argued about that a little bit, and then I just walked away. The water in the jacuzzi was lukewarm, and the Jets were not functioning much at all. I was told before we even got to the hotel that everything was functioning as it should be, and that was not the truth. Our hotel room had lamps that weren’t even plugged in or had receptacles on that side of the bed to plug it in. There...

'Enjoyed staying overnight and spa appointment the next morning before a lovely hreakfast which was ordered to go due to catching a ferry to Friday Harbor from nearby Anacortes. Highly recommend and will return soon! PS: love the heron stained glass windows and cozy lobby with coffee or tea always available.'
