'The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel...

We had a last minute issue that wasn’t anyone’s fault and Matt’s team was incredibly helpful and accommodating! 'It was wonderful the house was so nice '

'Overall things were fantastic, I got up for a run each morning to the nearby key and the location made it perfect, it's about a 25 min walk from the key, brickell, and Lil Havana. All places worth checking out. There was some hiccups with the VRBO but the owner had great communication and was accommodating. Well put together place.'
