'I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. They advertise having a full spa, which was a major reason I booked here. Upon arrival, I discovered that there is no spa on-site at all. Instead, they casually refer guests to some spa in the city that has no connection to the hotel. This is blatant false advertising. I felt misled and frustrated, as I specifically chose this hotel expecting to unwind at a spa without having to leave the property. Very disappointing experience, and...

'I loved this property! Evening was clean and the service is 10/10! The food at Kumo-the rooftop was good too! At night is pretty quiet. Will definitely be back!'

'The staff here were lovely. The private access to the beach is so nice to have if you want to stay on property for that. We loved the swim up bar with TVS but it was a shame it closed at 6/6:30 pm every day. I would recommend this to go till 8pm as the pool closes at 9pm. The do not disturb door tag was kind of odd. Other than that it was convenient to the area and our purpose of a relaxing trip.'
