Lodges in Jones Beach Island

'This property has a lot of potential, and the exterior is well maintained, but the guest rooms are overdue for improvement. Cleanliness was my biggest concern, and the unfriendly check in experience didn't help. For the price, I expected a much higher standard. I hope management addresses housekeeping, room maintenance, and service training, as this hotel could be a great JFK option.'

'Checked us into a room that wasn’t cleaned. Fire alarm went off around 8pm for 20 minutes. The next morning there was no hot water from 6-8am. It was suggested that we could gone down to the fitness center to shower. In the meantime housekeeping entered the room twice without knocking.'
