'As soon as you pulled up the valet was very friendly and helpful with directions. The view to the ocean took my breath away as soon as you walked in to the main entrance. I enjoyed my stay and it was very pleasant having staff text me about current events and things going on around the area. For example the volcano being active so that we didn’t get to miss anything special about Hawaii. I didn’t even have to go anywhere and got to see sea turtles right outside the restaurant after breakfast...

'The hotel offers excellent facilities that are easy to use. It is ideally located on the main street with convenient access to a sandy beach that’s great for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking. Complimentary morning coffee, poolside drinks, souvenir water bottles, a seven‑stage water filtration dispenser on every floor, and beach chairs with parasols are all thoughtful touches. The only aspect that didn’t feel fully 5‑star was the front desk service, but overall the hotel deserves a 5‑star...

'Stayed in the cabin. It was comfortable and clean. Nice view of the ocean. The staff was helpful. It would have been better if there were instruction on how to use some of the amenities.'

'Está adentro de un complejo de hoteles. No tiene playa, si tiene alberca pequeña. Hay shuttles o puedes caminar a la playa (en auto son 4 min al hotel con playa). Es un departamento espacioso, tiene lavadora y secadora y cocina. Cobran aprox 40 dlls x dia por estacionamiento y te hacen una retención de 250 dlls durante tu estancia. Si reservas x Expedia al momento del check in te toman otra vez tus datos. Y si te preguntan cuando estás gestionando el gafete del estacionamiento si quieres tomar...
