« The hotel was a great stay for a few days, the owner Chris is a nice guy and very accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. »

« The positive first: A very nice and helpful lady is the keeper of the place. Unfortunately the negative is heavy. Everything is very old, the room is small, the mattress is terrible, the tiny bathroom is smelly and a major noisy road passes 100 meters away. The breakfast is not on site but in a coffee shop on the other side of the busy road. « We had the most amazing stay here in a 3 bedroom house. It was very large and great for entertaining as we also had some family staying at Peppers. Will be back again. »

« Amazing people amazing place. Will be back next year »

« Wonderful place to stay in Maitland. Friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcome. Lovely room with everything you could want. And a great location handy to local bars such as The Pourhouse (very cool bar with craft beers and good tunes). »

« Good parking Good rooms Good location »

« Excellent no hot water friday night »

« Very new, clean well serviced. Excellent location. Nice restful and accomodating bar with food, which could be open longer each day as a service to guests and could have a larger food menu. The cafe outfront was good and supplied breakfast and lubch/ cafe items a but closed early afternoon, which left no food services at the hotel till thr bar opened in the evening. »

« Comfortable room, great restaurant and very helpful staff made this an excellent stay »

« Room was old but clean bed was comfy and stay was enjoyable. Bistro food was really good and bar staff friendly. I’d stay there again. »

« Place was okay, but not a great deal to do in town. Good for a 1 nite stop over. »
