Pensions in Hoboken

'Bij aankomst was niemand aanwezig en moesten wij een telefoonnummer bellen. Direct kwam de beheerder en gaf direct aan wat de code was van het deurslot, vroeg onze naam en gaf aan dat op de eerste etage onze kamer was. tijdsduur 30 seconden. Geen welkom, goede reis gehad, uitleg over ontbijt, koffie staat ... etc. De kamer was zeer klein, lcd tv schermpje en nagenoeg geen plaats om 2 kleine koffers te plaatsen. 'I booked this place for a family member and he spoke to the person prior to arrival. Once arrived at the location the person stopped answering the phone. This was last Friday 3/20/26 and now today they attempted to remove money from my account which they were declined because I used my Cash App card. This place is a scam and thank God I didn’t use my bank card.'

'It's mid-March, so didn't need it. Arthur was polite and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The location was fine, there were bikes and scooters avaliable for rent to do more extensive roaming.'

'Pretty dirty. The guy was nice but the room was awful and smelled like smoke. Everything was gross, + in a dingy basement. Sorry to be harsh. I would say anyone apart from me would not be okay staying there'
