« The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times. »

« The hotel is off the main road through Gatlinburg. The surrounding area was remarkably quiet, despite the ongoing construction across the street. We walked to and from the hotel to the Aquarium, about 15 minutes. The park was easily accessible from this hotel. « Right on the strip close, very close to everything if you hate walking. We arrived like 2 or 3 hours before check in and they let us use the parking lot early and even got the room like 30 minutes or a hour after we arrived. « I'm not a fan of the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area to begin with, so that probably effected my ratings. They both try so hard to be the next Branson, and Gatlinburg is just too small of an area for that many people. Also, I discovered when we checked in that the hotel was hosting a high school cheerleading convention. Nearly 1,000 hyperactive teenagers everywhere you went in the property. « Great location, everything was in walking distance. The challenge was the parking, which was very tight and limited. The elevator was another challenge as there were long waits and seemed as though the elevator’s did not work simultaneously. »
