« Good stay. Stayed on the 5th floor but had to park in the 4th floor garage because the gate to the top parking lot by my room was locked. Not a huge deal but the road is very steep so in order to get to the garage I had to either walk down the road or meander through the hotel to use an elevator. Not a huge deal just kinda weird and inconvenient. »

« Property was not at all as advertised. Outdated, and grungy is the best description of the room. Very disappointing to use online pics to select a stay and then be nothing like what was depicted. »

« Très bon hôtel avec toutes les chambres avec la vue sur la rivière. Hôtel calme avec le personnel très disponible et accueillant. Dommage que la salle du petit déjeuner soit toute petite avec l'obligation de manger dans le hall. »

« While the room was pretty clean and the staff friendly, the hotel overall is very outdated and dingy. Breakfast was very sad, carbs only, no fresh options - even hard boiled eggs were yellow and looked inedible. Luckily we stayed only one night because it felt very depressing, and I would not want to spend a whole vacation there. I’ve been to many lodges before so I know what to expect, but definitely didn’t enjoy this one. »

« Honestly I would love to give this property a five star rating because overall the staff were mostly friendly and welcoming and did go an extra mile in upgrading our room for us last minute (so grateful for this!), the proximity to the Parkway strip and all the entertainment and restaurants was extremely convenient, and the hot breakfast was very good, But the Inn is very dated, the rooms could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly, the sofa bed mattress is basically a layer of fabric over springs,...

« Nice place was exactly what I pictures showed. Only problems were they didn’t disclose lounge was closed for season until after booked and fire pits were not turned on. Would stay again. Walking distance from the strip(wouldn’t walk down the hill it’s on) but far enough and isolated from the busy area, weird how both things can be true. Feels like a cabin in the woods with hotel amenities. »

« I live an hour away. This is one of our go to hotels. It’s always consistently good. It’s an older hotel, but the inside does not feel that way at all. Room was very clean. The pool is very heated and amazing. Staff was nice. We love this place. »

« Family based review- room and hotel were clean. Water slides and pool were a kid favorite but COLD, it’s not heated so spring break time after hour and half of swimming kids were done. No extra towels in swimming area and we were a family of 5 in our room. Could not reach the front desk despite attempts to call during our stay from room. Every we went to desk either they were on the phone or helping another guest. Our kids are little so they were able to share a towel after bath so my suggestion...

« Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est assez proche du Parkway et nous y sommes allés à pieds. La chambre est très grande et donne sur la rivière. C’est calme et les lits sont confortables. Les parties communes mériteraient une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner est bien »
