Hôtel près de Historic Ogle Log Cabin (Gatlinburg)

« This hotel was beautiful. The entire staff was helpful and nice, from the valet to the front desk, to the maintenance. They all greeted us throughout our stay even though we didn't use the valet or maintenance. We didn't see a use for the valet because parking was easy. But that keeps your car in the front of the hotel if you plan to leave a lot. The hotel is in such a great location we walked everywhere. « It was off of the main drag in gap number but close enough to be able just to walk down the corner the hotel is absolutely beautiful and has been in the family for a very long time. We stayed in the luxury king fives around and it was absolutely beautiful Would definitely recommend this room to anybody that wanted to have a nice wonderful Stay »

« The location is absolutely amazing! It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed everything about our stay. If you’re expecting a really big breakfast, that is the one thing you will not find. Parking is very pricey in downtown Gatlinburg and staying at this resort allows you to park for free. That alone is worth staying at this resort. »

« We had a clogged toilet and when I spoke to the front desk, the lady gave me a plunger to open it myself. She told me that she would try to find someone if I was unable to get it fixed. The pool is in the parking lot and there is a lot of wasps at in the parking lot. »

« Stayed with my family for a weekend. Had a lot of fun from swimming in the pool needed to be cleaned in some areas but had fun going down the slide to relaxing in the jacuzzi. To taking the trolly to town to seeing baby cubs outside the hotel. »

« Right on the strip close, very close to everything if you hate walking. We arrived like 2 or 3 hours before check in and they let us use the parking lot early and even got the room like 30 minutes or a hour after we arrived. My brakes went out as soon as we got into town so that gave us enough time to fix the car and get food before the room was ready. -Clean rooms -House keeping was great -Beds firm to moderate soft -Pillows lumpy but not bad. - really cool mirror with a speaker and lights...
