'Personeel niet echt klant vriendelijk We hadden standaard kamer geboekt en kregen een kamer voor invalide met bij behorende douche, was niet fijn! Bij uitchecken geen reden! We waren er maar 1 nacht dus interesseerde het ze vast niet '

'Had a really nice few days here. Some troubles with the access codes but the staff was very friendly in solving it. Rooms are very nice and very relaxing. And what a beautiful view from the balconies. Perfect way to end a day of sightseeing or hiking.'

'Very clean facility with excellent staff inclduing cleaning staff. It is so close to Cherokee Orchard road and Roaring Fork Road. This close proximity allowed us to do several popular waterfall hikes within 10-15 mins of driving. Also, the location is very close to Newfound Gap road. Every pooular trails were wihin 35 mins for driving. It is only .8 miles from where the restaurants are. If your stay is for doing hikes at GSM NP, then I highly recommend this Hampton location. I would avoid...

'Mooie accomodatie net buiten de drukte van de hoofdstraat. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel bij de receptie. Helaas was er geen ontbijtmogelijkheid en waren alle omliggende restaurants voor ontbijt overvol en hadden wachttijd van ongeveer 1 uur. De betere restaurants zijn op ongeveer 30 minuten loopafstand. Parkeren bij de restaurants alleen tegen betaling. '
