'The location was great! Minutes from Volcanoes National Park! Also it was close to some restaurants and gas! The place was spacious and had comfortable bedding. There was a heater for cooler nights! The coffee pod machine and fridge are such nice features!!!'

'While we spent most of our visit out and about hiking, sightseeing, and swimming, this cabin was a great place to have a few meals and lie our heads between exploring the big island. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom and patio were really nice. The kitchen was well stocked for those looking to cook. 'The location within the rainforest was very nice, with a beautiful forest and river view and great sounds to sleep to. I had issues with air circulation, mold, and bugs, though. With the windows being so tiny, it got hot in there very fast and there was only a small fan on the desk - another fan or two would make it much better. Also, after night 1 I started feeling congested and realized the pillows I was sleeping on had a black mold, most likely due to the moist atmosphere and minimal airflow....
