'This is my second time I wanted to show my granddaughter why her Nana is moving to Hawaii and this is one of the places she fell in love with her. I fell in love with the place has been renovated, so it’s very shiny and clean, but only takes secondsplace when it comes to the view always moving. Unpredictable and so much marine life this time we saw dolphins and turtles. The Dolphins were showing off. 'Check-in and check-out were perfect. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. It was truly a tropical oasis to enjoy our time between visiting the volcano and the falls in Hilo. The cats made the stay even sweeter as they perched themselves on the lanai. Christina was a very attentive host and gave us lots of good ideas. We enjoyed walking to the cliffs at both sunrise and dusk for our zen with the waves crashing on the cliffs. It was such a nice change from the more touristy...

'This was a great location for spending more time at the volcano and sites nearby. The house and neighborhood were as expected. We enjoyed the sounds of birds and frogs, with daily rain showers. Be prepared for cooler temps due to elevation. We are experienced with wood stoves but found this unit very difficult to get started and keep burning( some fat wood might be useful). Luckily, there was a plug in heater available and used instead of the woodstove. Overall the unit is as described. Only...
